UTL empowers educators through a facilitative, collaborative approach that builds leadership capacity with data-driven decisions, high-impact teaching strategies, and continuous professional reflection in order to improve equitable outcomes.

We began during the COVID-19 Pandemic when a prominent, secondary vocational school in Sacramento desired a professional learning consultant with an innovative, personalized approach to teaching and learning, who cares deeply for their students, many of whom have a lifetime of opportunity gaps. Tiffany Walker founded Uplift Teaching and Learning to provide high-quality, remote professional learning that reflects over 15 years teaching both young and adult learners to evaluate data, plan, and implement actions using technology and high-impact best practices for endless progress.

Sessions teach data analysis with easily-learned and applied protocols that develop fast, data-first decisions while ensuring student-centered, proactive actions and interventions. The meaningful sessions uplift teachers' voices as authentic observers and evaluators of student learning and respectfully challenge traditional, pedagogical approaches. Teachers enjoy sessions that both validate their successes and facilitate reflection for professional growth.
